Camps
Zaniac Summer Camp 2020 Cancelation Policy:
- Cancelation before 3/31/2020: If you cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify us in writing by emailing jerseycity@zaniaclearning.com by April 1st, 2020. Cancellations made on or prior to this date are subject to a $100 fee per child and remaining balance will be credited back to the parent.
- Cancelation from 4/1/2020-5/15/2020: If cancellation is made after April 1st, 2020 or before May 15th 2020, there will be a $100 fee and will issue you a credit for remaining tuition fees paid valid only for Camps (Summer, Winter or Spring Break only), Birthday Parties and after-school classes or other events are not included. Your credit is transferable to any family member.
- Cancelation after 5/16/2020: No refunds or credits will be given out after May 16, 2020 regardless of your registration date. Changes in enrolled weeks are based on availability. It is understood that no credit will be given for absences (medical or otherwise), family vacations, transportation delays or withdrawals.
- If you require a partial refund based on customer purchasing error (promo code not applied or incorrect purchase) there will be at $20 credit card processing fee.
